Based  three main search service on  news, web page and music ,especially for mp3 search , baidu post a series of vertical search channel , such as children , law , govement ,  china traditional  culture , postcode  and  anti-virus  .In fact,  the strategy  take  effects and now baidu is china top 1 traffic website , cited from alexa . The other two of baidu's rival yahoo china , sixth alexa rank and sogou 20th of alexa rank .

Many web page channel make many columns ,and the many columns generate more contents . Today , baidu in our mind is rather a big community than only a chinese search engine . That is baidu's way for it's prominent situation in china internet market.
